This website (dlcbjoinery.com.au) is owned and operated by DLCB Joinery Pty Ltd ABN 92 636 823 437 or ACN 636 823 437 of 3/42 Export Drive, Molendinar QLD 4214 (“DLCB Joinery”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We design, manufacture and install custom cabinetry and
joinery, including kitchens, wardrobes, laundries and bathroom vanities.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to your use of the website only. Any joinery work we carry out for you is governed by our written quote, its terms and conditions, and any contract you sign with us.

2. Using the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us. You must not:
• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches these terms
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
• upload or send viruses, malicious code, spam or unsolicited advertising
• copy, scrape or reproduce website content for commercial use without our written permission
• submit false, misleading or another person’s details through our enquiry or quote forms

We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Products, finishes, hardware and services shown may change or become unavailable without notice.

Photos of past projects show examples of our work. Colours, timber grains and finishes can look different on screen than in person, so please view physical samples before you choose.

Any prices, price guides or estimates on this website are indicative only. They are not an offer or a binding quote. A price becomes binding only when we issue a written, itemised quote after a site measure, and you accept it in writing and pay the deposit. Our written quotes are valid for 30 days from their date.

4. Enquiries and quote requests
Sending an enquiry or quote request through the website does not create a contract between you and us. We may contact you to discuss your project, arrange a site measure, or ask for more details. We may decline any enquiry or project at our discretion.

Where required by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 Qld, domestic building work is carried out under a written contract that meets the requirements of that Act.

5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photos, designs, drawings, logos and the DLCB Joinery name and branding, is owned by or licensed to DLCB Joinery and is protected by Australian copyright and trade mark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You must not otherwise copy, modify, publish or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Designs, drawings and 3D renders we prepare for you remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing, and must not be given to another business to build from.

6. Links to other websites
This website may link to third-party websites, such as suppliers, social media or review platforms. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
